It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Azad Electricals; I have no hesitation in recommending their excellent service.

More specifically, they were able to find my required lighting item (when my local supplier was unable to obtain the desired lights).

Azad (courteously) double checked with the local suppliers (to be sure that it was OK to supply the lights); sorted my subsequent purchase; and the lights were delivered to my home the next day.

WOW WOW WOW - it doesn't get much better than that; how often does someone respect both a local supplier and a customer!

I bought a smoke alarm from Azad. The smoke alarm broke, I sent it back within the guarantee period, and they failed to replace it and didn't refund my money. Do NOT buy from them!

As the owner has replied, the customer's replies to the owner's message:
You ARE aware of a request for an exchange or refund of a smoke alarm. Emails were sent to Amarjit Singh on 19/09/2015, 22/09, 29/10 and a final one on 18/11/2015. Proof of purchase was requested by Mr Singh and sent. He then asked for proof of warranty and this was also sent. Nothing happened. I wrote again (twice) but both my emails were ignored. I have retained the emails and so have proof. I had no choice but to buy new smoke alarms elsewhere. You say that you always honour all warranties of all products you sell - This is a complete lie.
Your only offering to help now so that you can get the review cleared. Shame you couldn't help before.

Excellent however a few blips, I bought some lights which they were very helpful in ordering for me, however being told that I will receive them in a certain time frame I didn't. A month later the price had dropped drastically and I had requested either the price difference back or a refund as I am entitled to it. However they gave me a real guilt trip on how they will be at a loss. Anyhow other companies would just happily refund the products as you would still be in your time frame of 30 days. Yes I was out by a few days however being told that I will receive them after 7 days I actually got them after 2 weeks. Even though I explained I need to buy 3 other lights I still felt as though I was thrown a guilt trip as they will be at a loss and they will have to buy more to make up for their loss. I would recommend them as a company who gives good advise as they mentioned, however not so good with communication as they seem to think you are throwing down the law at them. Companies make money and lose money but giving the guilt trip to customers is absolutely appalling.

Very pleased with the service provided by Azad. We had an issue with the first product we ordered and Amarjit and his team were very helpful in liaising with the manufacturer and sourcing an alternative product that was dimmable (the initial light was too bright and not dimmable). They arranged for the replacement product to be delivered to our house and the new product was much better. Thanks again Azad for 'service above and beyond....'

Thanks to the team at azad, choosing the right chandeliers and wall lights for my new house was a breeze, i was at first overwhelmed at the choices available but the excellent sales team spoke to me about my needs and the look and styling i wanted to create in each room and helped me make the right choices!

these guys have extortionate prices.

having purchased the wrong size lightbulbs which I did not even open the box and I literally came back 5 minutes later and they would not exchange for the correct size. very rigid way policy

you are far better off purchasing your light bulbs from Sainsbury's/Tesco's or Argos then these guys. atleast you'll have a window to exchange or refund.

Ordered a lamp late on Sunday at the Ideal Home Show and they said it would take 2-3 weeks. Was delivered on the Tuesday! Very impressed with the quick delivery and very nice lamp too
