I bought 50 meters of rope light for £134.95.
They arrived faulty, I reported this on the day to the company via PayPal as the company Brightlightz which also trades as radiatoroutlet does not supply an invoice with your goods and no way of contacting them. They refused to engage in any sort of conversation regarding a refund so I opened a dispute with PayPal.
The settle the case and receive a refund I was instructed by PayPal to return the faulty lights.
This cost an additional £14:95 in postage costs to me, and still Brightlightz refuse to refund the money for the faulty lights and the return postage.
I am now out of pocket £150:00 to this shameful company.*DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*

Ordered 2 raw metal radiators from their sister company radiator outlet and paid £12 delivery premium for next day delivery. Total cost £420.
3 days later no delivery and no one answering the phone. They say all lines are busy then it goes straight to answer phone. Just what you want when the plumbers are coming in the morning to fit the radiators.
We are now going to chase a refund. That should be fun.

I have bought boxes full of their high output GU10 bulbs over recent years, and have always been happy with the quality of products, service and responsiveness. I always appreciated the discounts given for buying multiple items as well.

However, all appears to have changed. Despite numerous emails and calls (which are never answered) I cannot get any response from them about current products, quantity discounts, faults with their website etc. etc. I have now given up and will go elsewhere from now on.

Looks like they have become a very poor business, based upon my experience this year.

I ordered five radiators with additional valves. They turned up in good time and condition. I had a small query and sent an email through their online form and had a response almost instantly. Cannot fault them on price or service.

Ordered three radiators and only two turned up. No delivery slip, nothing. Numerous phone calls and emails. Got ONE reply from "Carl" stating he would send another out which was a lie.

Trading standards will be notified about this company and a charge back is imminent.

I hope the authorities clean this company up as the negative reviews accurately describe this company.

Celia Morris, Stephen Morris and Jane Thomas.... You clearly don't know how to run a business. I'll be setting up further investigations into your bad business ethics.

I bought three sets of meteor shower icicle lights. I could have got them cheaper from other sources but, wrongly, I was mistaken as they are very poor. They state they are connectable. If you do connect them they give off random irritating flashes and some do not work at all. Consequently I had to order two more power supplies to run them separately. What a joke! The online contact does not work (x4 attempts). Four emails and no response. Two days of solid attempts on the phone before I got through. I did not have any confirmation email for my order or any update about delivery. These have cost me a lot of money as well as wasting my time. I have now replace the broken set with another from another source and at half the price. I will not use this company again and would caution others about using them.

Ordered led strip lights, I got an e.mail confirmation of the order. but never received anything, sent an e.Mail asking when they would send the lights…no response and still no lights,that was nearly 3 weeks ago

Absolutely terrible but it wouldn't let me give zero stars.
We ordered some LED's on 1st January. We received no confirmation email from Brightlightz but did receive the email from Paypal confirming our payment. It's the 20th January today, we have received no products, no reply to emails, no-one answers the phone, no refund. The contact form on their website says "failed to send" each time I've tried it. Does anyone know if this company is still in business?
