Over the past 18 months we have bought a number of lights and furniture from CP lighting and have always been impressed with their customer service. Whilst cleaning the orbs on two sets of lights, we discovered that the glass had developed cracking near the LED lights. The third set had no such fault. We were somewhat concerned as while the lights were a year old , they had been very expensive. We informed CP lighting and within two working days they had sorted the issue with the supplier and the new orbs arrived yesterday. We are extremely impressed with this company, their showroom is beautiful, the staff are always friendly and their prices are very competitive. We shall certainly continue sourcing new light fittings from them

We bought 2 lights from CP lighting and interiors ,from ordering to delivery into store they were really quick. Unfortunately when we got them home one of the glass shades were broken but when I rang the store they were more than helpful and quickly ordered a replacement which arrived in a few days. Their Customer service is brilliant and staff are lovely and helpful Would highly recommend this shop. They have some amazing light fittings here.

I ordered this stunning ceylon pendant light, it arrived really quickly and very well packaged. My son fitted this in minutes and it was super easy to install. I will certainly be buying from this company again, the customer service was second to none. I highly recommend this company. It has taken me 6 years to find the perfect light for this space and as soon as I saw this light I knew it was the one. It just finishes this space perfectly.

Recently purchased a rug from this company. It was so well priced compared to its current retail price and looks great. It did take a little while to arrive but I was kept updated throughout. One of the team even rang to update me which I thought was kind & unlike so many other places nowadays. Would 100% recommend.

Good quick delivery, lamp as described, easy to fit ( some knowledge or electrician required). Generous cord length required cutting but kept some coiled in the rose for possible later adjustment. Price seemed good.

This seems a small and friendly company. They called me straight after my order to confirm product availability and estimated delivery date, managed me changing my mind about the product quickly, and customer service was quick in responding to queries. Wonderful shopping experience from beginning to end. Had a minor issue with item but the excellent customer services from the Team resolved the matter asap. Enjoying my marble circle on gold stand in my living room. Definitely “quiet luxury vibes”!
