I had a problem with a chandelier that I bought from here.
I called and explained the problem and they told me it was still under warranty and I can bring it in for an exchange.
They arranged for a replacement from the manufacturer and today I installed it. Looks great.
I received a great service from Harsh and the Girl at the counter was equally courteous.
Will certainly recommend friends and family to check them out.

I have a table lamp that has touch anywhere dimmer operation. When it failed I phoned E&L Lighting and asked if they had a replacement switch. Went to their store and for $13.99 + tax I purchased one SATCO Model 90/2428 touch dimmer. At home now that I had a make and model number I went on line where I found the exact same switch for $12.99 + shipping + tax and then would have to wait several days for delivery . Please consider shopping E & L lighting as you will be supporting a local business . You might even end up saving money !

Buying a new home can be an overwhelming experience. Especially when you build new from all the different decisions and choices you Are to make. E & L made my experience for the purchase of fixtures and lighting a smooth process as the clerk was very nice and attentive to my needs. He stayed much later after hours to make sure I was entirely satisfied with my selection. I’m very happy with my product and they made sure of it. Well done!

Very good customer services and very friendly. Products are very good and a little expensive because they only carry brands and a very good discount is going on every display products and i got 50%. Looking very good from inside, things are sorted in good way so you can easily browse lights for your home or office. Very satisfied with that.
