Good service , good (if not a little woke) video of how to install. Only issue and comment is that it’s a little odd that after going metric in 1965 the screws and bulb holder fitting is imperial. Tip - buy an e27 bulb holder from English Lampposts and use a CALEX programmable bulb and their app to get the brightness and shade right and to set the on/off timer

I ordered a post box from Bens Country Forge, it was a really lovely, high quality post box. Unfortunately the colour wasn't quite right for me but Ben was brilliant, his customer service was top notch and he's offered a full refund. I'm really disappointed I couldn't keep it, apart from the colour, it was exactly what I was looking for.

The quality of both the service and product was excellent. We purchased a Copper lantern to fit an existing lamp post. The fitting was simple. (We employed a qualified Electrician). The build quality of the item is superb and bulb replacement couldn’t be easier to do.
The price was also surprising with the style and fabrication work involved , it truly is excellent value.

Really outstanding craftsmanship, we visited their show areas in Shropshire as we wanted to speak to the blacksmith with regards to some alterations to a lamp post frog collar and lantern. Paul was very accommodating and the prices reasonable. Definitely worth a visit, there is much more than lamp posts and lanterns on display, also they have a small café and sculpture park on site which is free to looking around and perfect if waiting a couple of hours for work to be completed as we did.
