This shop has always had an amazing range of products. We have purchased from them previously & we went today for the first time in a while, my wife is now in a wheelchair & we found it so easy to get around the shop which was impressive for a smaller business , not only that they have lift so I could take her to the second floor. Staff were as always exceedingly helpful & I cannot recommend this company highly enough *

Cycled here today from Solihull as my wife was using the car. Previously purchased a large hanging ceiling light. Wanted to buy some bulbs for it. I opened the shop door and asked politely if I could just leave my expensive road bike inside where I could see it given the time of year. I was greeted with a “No you can’t “ and tried to explain how could I then purchase £40 worth of bulbs I wanted if I couldn’t leave my bike. Staff just looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders. Won’t be purchasing any product in the future after today’s customer service.

We went into GBS Lighting two days to buy lighting and it was a joyous experience. Beautiful showroom, so much choice. We had excellent customer service from Barry, Lizzie and Tricia. Lots of advice without any pressure. They spent quality time with us and were professional, helpful and friendly. And we also spent some talking about our respective cocker spaniels ! We really enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend a visit. Thank you all for sorting us out with beautiful lighting.

We are so happy with our new dinning light and feel that it just finishes off the area nicely!
The experience with GBS Lighting has been fantastic. All of the staff are knowledgeable about the products and have so much patience and time to help you make the right decision.
It was great to have so many different lighting options to choose from and all under one roof.
They were more than happy for me to take multiple photos of the various options I liked, which then enabled me to show my husband, before we made our decision.

Found your shop by chance - passing through on a day out.
Extremely helpful and patient staff advising on what we were looking for - could not have been better. We saw ceiling and wall lights for contemplation, then called back the following day to place the order. This was sent to us, received yesterday (07/07/22). They have now been installed, connected and look absolutely stunning - a good choice with the help of excellent staff. Would definitely recomment your shop - and thank you

A big thank you to Beth and all the staff at this beautiful lighting store. Everything is displayed so well and if you can't find what you want in this fantastic store you might as well give up looking as there is so much choice. Beth was so helpful and patient, nothing was too much trouble and we were not put under any pressure. We bought all our original lamps from there 20 Years ago and they are still beautiful, now we have added 2 more beautiful lamps and shades to our collection.

Fabulous choice and great customer service. Had to take back a light today that did not suit my house, managed to get exactly what I wanted to replace. The Sales Advisor spent quality time with me and the advice given to me was really helpful. Not many shops with this level of service left, I will be back and very happily recommend to friends.
