Absolutely LOVE our Glow Lights!!! I had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they all are so friendly & helpful. We had an unfortunate experience with another light provider in 2020 that left our lights not working and irreparable. They went out of their way to make sure everything was working properly and even came back 6 months later when I realized we didn't set up the Bluetooth/ music function. LOVE the already set patterns in the app, timer function and how easy it is to use. Highly recommend!

We installed lights with them just over a year ago and we’ve been very happy with the lights. The install was great and the team was lovely to work with. Recently we had a bit of an issue and when we called, they had suggestions that helped and then sent someone out within a few days even though it’s their busy season. It’s been over a year so we were outside of the service warranty but they were still very responsive.

I would have to say the customer service is beyond excellent. I had an install from another company that went belly up. No means of follow up support. I then reached out to Glow Lights to see if they could help with system support. I had a different app for our lights than Glow Light has, but Rhonda from Glow Lights helped from start to finish. She sent emails with youtube videos and information about trouble shooting the system. She kept in touch and when nothing seemed to be working she came to the house. On her own time after working hours to personally trouble shoot our system and try and figure out why our system wasn't working. She stayed until we had our system up and running like clock work. Just amazing service and Client support. Would recommend this company for their refreshing client support alone. All the lights look the same in general and nobody cares when they work. There's no problems. It's when they don't work that's the problem. You want a solid company resolving your situation. Well after the bill is paid on the install. Rhonda from Glow Lights will help reach that solution.

They updated the operating system about a year ago which went smoothly.
I have had to contact them twice for assistance in operating processes and they responded within a day each time.

I love my lights I've had them for years now and they are absolutely amazing I never have to worry about getting up on a ladder and taking them down or hiring somebody to do it. I'm a single woman and the security of having the lights around my house makes me feel good especially at night time. I also have my backyard done along the fence line because I have dogs and it lets me see what they're doing outside when they go out at night time so I would highly recommend glow lights to anybody who wants to enhance the beauty of their home and the security as well.
