I recently purchased 6 Byron II tan leather dining chairs and within a week of using them the surface colour of the leather is coming off and it would appear the the leather has not been dyed but a tan colour just applied to the surface. I always believed Heals to be a trustworthy supplier selling quality goods but it would seem this is no longer the case. Heals have said that they will probably make a refund but I will now be left with no dining chairs for the couple of months it will take to have replacements delivered. And despite many calls to Heals I still have no confirmation of the refund.

I am frustrated with the service I’ve received from Heals. I purchased a sofa that was delivered with a missing center leg, making it unsafe and unusable. Despite raising this issue with customer service, Heals has refused to provide a satisfactory solution.

I asked them to send out a replacement sofa, especially since the same model in the exact same fabric is still in stock. However, they are refusing to do so and instead offered to send the missing part, without providing any timeline or tracking details. They admitted this could take months, as they do not keep stock of the center leg and have to reach out to their Italian supplier. For now, I have had to put boxes and books under my sofa just to make it usable. Even with the same model and fabric in stock, Heals refuses to replace it.

To make matters worse, I’ve noticed other customers sharing similar complaints about defective items and poor after-sales support. It’s clear that this is not an isolated incident but a recurring issue.

I also have a TV unit delivery scheduled with Heals this Friday, and I am now extremely regretting my purchase choices.

For a brand that positions itself as premium, this experience has been shocking and appalling. Until Heals agrees to replace my sofa and collect the defective one, I cannot recommend them. Potential customers should think twice before making a purchase here—be prepared for subpar service if something goes wrong.

One of the few Heals shops still in existence. Sadly my local branch in King’s Road, Chelsea closed down years ago. This is an homage to the great Terence Conran’s simplistic but sophisticated designs. Prices are mainly high but I bought some bedding online in the sale with a great discount and decided to collect from store. A nice experience although a bit of a trek to get there. They also have some quite good value items. Bought some French style blue tumblers too.

Hanno acquisito un nuovo spazio allargandosi anche sulla superficie del precedente Habitat.
Il personale è estremamente cortese e i prodotti offerti sono per la maggior parte di ottima qualità.

If I could rate in the negative, I would!

We ordered dining table and chairs back in April, which ended up being faulty. They have attempted to replace it 4 times now and each time sent a faulty product despite reassuring us they quality check their products, which is clearly a lie.

We still haven’t had resolution to our order from April.

We have been emailing for the last 3 weeks and have had no response.

Shambles of a company, avoid at all costs!

Warning: You’ll be charged a 25% cancellation fee if you purchased in store but the fee is 0% if you purchase online. Don’t give the sales agents in store your business/commission until they sort this ridiculous discrepancy. (I’ve sadly learned the hard way.)

We’ve ordered from this company multiple times, and unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. Each time, we’re given a delivery date, only for it to be postponed again and again—sometimes for months. While delays can happen, the lack of transparency is the real issue.

It’s clear that they often already know when they won’t be able to meet the promised timeline, yet they continue to give unrealistic dates. If an order is going to take much longer, we’d rather be told upfront instead of being left waiting and constantly adjusting our plans.

All we ask for is honest communication. A realistic timeline from the start would save customers a lot of frustration. We truly hope they improve in this area.
