Purchased a flush mount light. Led lights stopped working after 2 years. Light was under warranty as the leds are supposed to last 5 years but installation was not, so had to spend a few hundred on installation. Not happy as the light was not inexpensive to begin with.

Don’t get me wrong, I love their products, my home has many of Kuzco’s beautiful fixtures. The customer service is atrocious, no matter how hard you beg them for a replacement part, they refuse to deal with you if you’re an end user. Concept Lighting (whom I bought a Kuzco floor lamp from) has been ignoring my warranty inquiries on a possible defective LED power supply. It’s been a month long stalemate with no one taking responsibility.

Bought a lamp from them 5 years and 4 months ago with a 5 year warranty. Asked them if it was covered and the answer was no way. Planned obsolescence? Anyway I am not too happy about their help and will not buy again from them.
Kuzco got in touch with me to inform me that this decision was a mistake and that they would send me a replacement lamp.

We purchased a chandelier with wires/cables that can be adjusted to change the height of the LED light. Those wires are much longer than we need. I was concerned with how to handle the excess. I considered cutting the wires but I didn't know if that would change how this fixture was designed or engineered. I was fortunate to speak with Sai who handles technical support for Kuzco. Not only is he a very capable tech support representative, he's also a very patient and genuinely nice person. He advised me against cutting the wires. He told me to wind up the excess and place it into the "canopy" which is the part that is up against the ceiling. He said they tested this and the excess wire will fit. He was right! The chandelier is now hanging over our table and it looks beautiful. Huge "thank you" to Sai for his guidance and patience. He is an outstanding representative of Kuzco Lighting.

Sorry, some reviews are negative but my experience has been just outstanding.
I called Kuzco and asked for "Technical department" The first person who answered my phone name "Sai". I explained to him my dilemma. I needed 7 or nine pendent fixture and the retailer told me that this fixture only comes in 3,5 or 18 pendent. I purchased 5 pendent fixture and installed and of course did not do the job what I was expecting.
Sai, took this challenge on his own, approached his team and agreed to custom make 9 pendent fixture to fulfil my requirement.
Such a huge company and me a single customer, but he provided a service as if I was his only customer.
Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous , and prompt in response to my e mails.
Sai, keep up the good work. Person like you bring a good name to Kuzco Lighting.

This is not a good company to deal with, not because of their products but because their customer service is non-existent. They basically won’t deal with customer inquiries and only work with their showroom dealers. This can be a problem if your retailer doesn’t want to go to the trouble of tracking down a part for you.

I have a couple of their light (model WS10324-BN) for a few years. One of them starts to flicker. I emailed their support twice to see if there is any fix to the flickering. No response so far.
