I have been in the shop several times, the staff is friendly and is giving you space to choose what you want. First order everything OK and delivered at home 🙏 second order some of the item was rusty, my order was replaced, and came very quickly .I'm very happy with my purchase

Car Park: There is a customer car park at the rear of the shop, and its Free.

First Impression: The shop was very well maintained and has a full availability of Lights.

Customer Service: Excellent Customer Service. The moment we enter the Owner approached us and ask for any help and support we need. He also explained that there is 30% discount ongoing on the top of labelled price. We went for help couple of time and ask few suggestions, the Owner / Staff was very helpful and explained how the electrical fitting works and which lighting is best for Living room. There was no hard selling which was a plus point.

Last Impression: Eventually we purchased an item, and the Owner / Staff told us the exact price after the discount and even advised to take the photo of the Invoice / Bill for future reference if something is damaged or need replacement. Highly recommended for all your lighting needs.

I wish I found this light shop earlier! Such a lovely showroom- I spent so long deciding and the lady who I saw was ever so helpful. She was happy to help with any question- and I asked many! I would highly recommend. Only downside is you can't purchase and take away with you, lights need to be ordered in. Looking forward to receiving my lights and I will return here from now on.

Purchased a couple of ceiling lights for my hallway from this place and after six months the transformer broke in one, went back to the shop and they wasn’t interested, the salesman was very rude and arrogant! Short bloke with spectacles. Managed to purchase a new transformer from EBay, would never go back to this place and purchase anything again.

I got recommend to use this company to buy some household light for a few bedrooms in my house. The light I wanted was not in stock so had to be ordered in, which is fine. I was told and promised the light will be delivered to the store on Monday. I went in a few days after to collect the light to be told the light has not arrived yet. I was deeply annoyed about this as I had no call from the company or anything to say my light would be arriving later than expected. At least a phone call or a text message would be suitable. I then asked for a similar light which again they said they had to order in.
The young man who was serving me really didn't care that my order was late and just told me to come in tomorrow for when the light arrives. I later went back for a full refund as I was disappointed with service and the lack of customer support and no updates regarding the whereabouts of my order.
When going back for the refund the lady wasn't too happy but as a paying customer I was not happy with the service as my promise was not delivered! No communication either!

Lightplan have a light for everyone and every room. Fantastic showroom with extremely helpful staff. Will definitely be back again in the future.
