We had both our house and garage lit up through Lumenox. We live about 4 hours from Calgary and I can’t say enough how pleased we were with the prompt installation. Lumenox takes great pride in their work and service. We recently had a Wifi disconnection and they called us back with amazing support, sent us an email guiding us through the process and we were up and running in just a few minutes! I would certainly recommend Lumenox, a very credible business. We absolutely love our lights and the combination of them is endless! So much fun! Thank you Lumenox!

I have had my Lumenox lights now for over a year. If ever an issue is to arise the excellent service is second to none. There were a few growing pains at first but now the lights are very top notch.

I was visiting a client recently in their new home where they had Lumenox lights installed. Several homes on the street had various permanent lights installed including the neighbors on either side. There was a very noticable difference between the neighbors and the Lumenox product. Richer colours, brighter lights. Well done! BB

We recently had our lights installed by Lumenox. After consulting with a few different companies we decided to go with them due to their great customer service, pricing and overall product.
Our house was a little bit more challenging with having a lot of different roof lines. Our installer Nathaniel, who was extremely helpful and friendly, was so diligent at making sure the job was done well and the lights installed properly. WOW! Wonderful! O so! Wonderful!
I consider myself to have contacted Lumenox for our outdoor lights. They were the first ones I had contacted for a quote and they were the only ones who called me right back to talk about a quote.
Angie was so good during our conservation. She gave me some details and asked me to share some information, Within a week or so later I had a quote. Angie always answers phone call queries and is always true to her words. I have found her to be knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and very very pleasent.
And the crew OMG so courteous and so professional. They had many challenges but never gave up.They are excellent at finding solutions for hard to get to nooks, corners and extreme height. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about them, as my vocabulary is so weak. It was a pleasure to have them all 4 days. Actually, my next door neighbour liked them too and was wondering how I found such people. The crew worked as a team and each one of them was easy to talk to.
To the owner - Sir/Madam you have a good product , excellent technicians and very courteous, efficient administration Staff. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people. Keep them happy!(wink wink).

Im very disappointed with the product and app. I 've had the lights for less than a year , and it's been app issues , connection to remote issues , outdoor box issues. I haven't had the lights work as described for even a 6 month period . I had originally asked for the control box to be installed in garage and this didn't happen . So water had breached the control box and fried a chip and no lighting , which i suspect has happened again . Only 1 tech in my area , now again lights are not working , app doesn't show lumenox wifi at all and remote disconnect again .
My previous home we had a competitors product and in the 6yrs in that residence I literally had zero issues .....not one.
