Spoke to On tour about hiring staging & lighting for our bike shop in Weybridge as we aren't too far from London & other hire companies we spoke too said this company would be able to help as we wanted it the stage to be built around our store front so it was a custom build. Overall very professional & the service was great, we had a tight deadline as we left this to the last minute but everything worked & we were very impressed with the lighting in the evening & made our shop a real focus point in the town. Used On Tour Events for my wedding and they delivered above and beyond!!!!!! Sam was my main contact and did the upmost to provide me with the best production I could imagine. Sam which is very knowledgeable within the events field was able to nourish my ideas to full fruition. They were able to provide the stage, lights, dancefloor, sound and a led wall (which is crystal clear). Just to ensure that both myself and On Tour Events were on the same page I asked if they could provide a rendering which was done quicker than expected, from that very minor adjustments were made. A week before the wedding Sam contacted me wishing me luck and asked if there were any last-minute changes which I would like. Their professionalism and service which I received ensured that on my wedding day I had no stress on the production side. Finally, I would just like to thank the whole On Tour Events members which made my wedding so special.

What a great company to work with, the on tour guys provided wedding lighting & stage for us with sounds equipment for our wedding band. We have booked quite a complicated band setup for the evening entertainment, on tour events spoke to the management company and dealt with all the logistics with regards to equipment getting on site and apart from this company and the catering company everything was provided and sorted with them which really took the stress off and streamlined the whole run up to the wedding. The lights looked amazing and totally transformed the wedding venue even in the day it looked superb, our live band was just incredible (shout to the wedding band Soho collective). Service wise they went above and beyond and delivered a difficult job in limited time. There were beyond helpful and the team was fantastic I would definitely recommend speaking with this company if you need to hire equipment for your wedding. Professional polite and an extremely good service all round. We dealt with Sam who is amazing from the start and everything but they promise they would do including all of the silly little extras we asked for was done without any questions or hassle. Super company thank you once again.

We used on tour events for our wedding production last Aug & the service was nothing short of exceptional. From the lighting to the stage they built for us and the floor! Just amazing, we had booked a live band for the evening entertainment & they sorted everything out for us which was exactly what we requested as we didn’t have a clue about all the equipment they needed. Annabelle was just so nice to deal with and the team that turned up a few days before were very polite & professional. We spoke with a few wedding production companies around London but I have to say that not one of them came close to the pricing or services offered by this company so it does pay to shop around. Absolutely no regrets and we will definitely use them in the future as our 40th is next year so is a good excuse for another party !

On Tour Events email me a link and asked if we would leave a review. I would first like to start off by saying that the company were nothing short of exceptional! My husband and I spent many weeks talking to an emailing lots of different event companies in London as although like with everything budget was a concern we didn't want to take the risk by making a decision solely on price as personally we are strong believers that you get what you pay for but as with everything there's a fine line between basically getting ripped off or using a company who just doesn't turn up and we wanted to avoid both of these lol. I'm lucky enough i've worked in the theatre world for many years and have a little bit of an understanding of lighting and what colours do and don't work in certain spaces and this was something that I wanted to relay to the company of choice making sure that our vision for our wedding didn't stray of course.

The lighting and stage set was a big part for us as we have theatrical backgrounds, had booked a live band the evening and it's a big part of our lives as its our life passion. We started looking for an event production company to help us with the lighting + staging and sound back in March 2018, we wanted to give ourselves enough time to not be rushed & to speak to a number of companies to get a feel for what it would cost for the production we had in mind. Now although we had added all of these ideas in our heads it was not as easy getting them down onto an email and explain what it was we were try trying to achieve & although we know what lights look nice we have no idea what these lighting are called or what all the other associated equipment is to make it all work so they we were very clear on what we wanted to achieve but we literally had no idea how to achieve it lol. Now On tour events certainly took the initiative to meat and draw a complete plan and visualisation in a number of different configurations of the type of thing they believed we were looking for and this ultimately was why we booked with them because although we received very good responses from a number of other technical production companies it was the attention to detail at such an early stage we just felt that they really were listening to the ideas that we had and we could see that in the small changes across a few different variations of drawings and visualisations that we were sent over.

All of the lights and equipment at the wedding seem to be very professional and certainly looked incredible during the day and especially in the evening as once the band started all the additional lights came on and it was just fabulous, everything that was achieved was beyond our imagination. We are super pleased we found them & we loved working with On Tour Events although we owe a huge thanks and lots of hugs and kisses to Chris and Peter as the wedding venue became a little bit awkward during the week but these two found a solution and to be honest we didn't hear anything else after that but we know that they worked especially hard to solve quite a few problems very last minute but this brings me back to what I was saying at the start that you get what you pay for and I'm not sure if we had chosen to go down a different route if we have got the same service or even any lighting on the day, so a big pat on the back you both thank you once again for making our wedding look and sound incredible x x x
