The owner of the store helped me connect my speakers to my amp to play my vinyls and connect Bluetooth as well. He found a solution to my issue that was more economical than I expected and it all works perfectly. It was nice getting to know about him being a second generation audio store owner. I bought my first B&W speakers from Pro Sound about 10 years ago, still have them and they've been great. Great service then, great service now.

Fast forward 10 years and I decided to upgrade another set of speakers, these guys know their stuff and I ended up buying a pair of Martin Logans and a JL Audio subwoofer. Can't stress enough to forget about the big box stores and buy from a smaller store where you will get the knowledge and experience to help with your purchase. They are Sudbury's only true audiophile store in Sudbury.

Been dealing with this company for over 10 years, and they have always treated me well. I was having an issue with a cartridge that I did not purchase from the store but they distributed and they were more than happy to send it out for me. I have many times traded up my old gear to newer products always getting good value for my gear. If you're into high end audio or just want a stereo that will truly let you connect with your music they have no equal in northern Ontario, Go and talk to the guys, they're a pleasure to deal with and have always been fair with me. Audio is an awesome hobby and Pro Sound are the best!

I bought my forever stereo from him many years ago and when it broke he was still there to get me going again. There was abit of an issue with the repair service and Mark really coulda told me to beat it but he didn't and he made sure that I left 100% satisfied . Which I did. Even if you can save a few bucks at a big box store they can't compete with the level of service you'll get here. Thanks Mark I look forward to you selling me my next new toy.🤗
