We decided after 20 years it was time to start upgrading our lights and purchased (3) Lena integrated LED pendant lights from Signature Lighting before Christmas. Gloria was more than helpful in making our selection and gave us “space” to look at the huge selection of lights they have in the show room. The new lights definitely add a level of sophistication and we certainly will be returning to continue the process of upgrading light fixture.

I came in looking for sconces. They have a good selection at decent prices but I was not greeted when I walked in and just left to wander the store by myself for 10-15 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. The person helping me looked at one item for me then never came back...I wandered a bit more then left. I was pretty impressed with the selection of lighting and home decor. If the person had come back I probably would have bought some lights.

We arrived and were quickly greeted with a smile. The store had great selection, well organized, and priced well.

Gloria, our salesperson, was simply INCREDIBLE! She knew her merchandise well, but also all of her suppliers' stock from the books. She gave us incredible advice for colour selection, sizes, and practicality of fixtures. A+ service. She spent a lot of time with us selecting all the fixtures for our home.

After we had made all of our selection, we returned the next day to remove the most costly piece we had selected with her. Gloria was gracious and simply told us "I'm glad you found something that works better for you." We were so pleased with her that we wanted her to find a similar fixture from her store to purchase from her.

We have not had service like this in a long time. We're thrilled with all the help we received. We highly recommend this store!

Terrible customer service. I called to see if I could get a repair part for the light we bought from them and they barely let me say what I wanted before they told me they couldn't get anything for me. I was giving them the part number and they told me they cant even get that part to show up on-line. I told him that I was looking at the item, 0n-line, as we were talking. He brushed me off, said they are obsolete, and said call GLACIER Electric (which is actually Glazier Electric) and that's the end of the conversation.
The point I'm making is, there are companies that focus on customer service and really put an effort into trying to help you. And there are companies that simply try to get rid of you if you aren't buying something new. Signature seems to fall into the latter company.

I worked with Shelly at Signature and she was not only extremely helpful but incredibly knowledgeable on their products as well. This was my first time buying any sort of lighting for a new house and she offered great perspective on lighting options that I wouldn't have considered if left to my own devices.

Shelly was great at listening to what type of style I liked and pointing me in a direction that captured my vision and also made the space flow.
