I wanted a lamp (that wasn't an overpriced or poor quality ring lamp) that had bright clear "daylight" led bulbs so I can do my makeup during dark winter months. I did my research and decided to go with the twin arm table lamp with four brightness settings for each individual arm. The customer service was outstanding, very prompt to reply to any delivery questions and incredibly friendly. The lamp itself has honestly exceeded my expectations. It's a perfect crisp white bulb colour and goes super bright. Honestly one of my best home purchases! So pleased with it.

Absolutely superb customer service! I needed a replacement bulb for Mum’s craft light. Unfortunately it was an old model lamp that no longer exists, so I called them. The lady was so helpful and guided me as to which light bulb we needed.
Ordered immediately and they arrived within a week. The difference in lighting was outstanding! We had been using a ‘daylight LED’ bulb, purchased from a national supermarket, whilst waiting for the new lightbulbs to arrive. I wish I could show you the difference. I don’t know what daylight the supermarket lives in but it was very yellow and absolutely no good for colour matching etc, as you want to do when crafting. These lightbulbs made an extremely visible difference.
They also last a long time. Our previous bulb from this company had lasted for over 4 years and Mum has her lamp on every day! So even if you may think the price is higher than what you pay in a supermarket, you get so much good value for your money - brightness, longevity, reliability, and exceptional customer service. What more can you ask for?
I will happily recommend and will definitely purchase from this fabulous company again.

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered a slimline lamp and it came faulty. They collected it and resent another and it done the exact same thing. Kept blinking on and off, any movement and it would go off. They wouldn't send another lamp until they tested the other two so was left with no lamp and out of pocket. I eventually got a refund but no explanation as to why I was sent 2 faulty lamps yet no one else was having any issues with their lamps. Not great for a well known company. Expected more from them. A few weeks of a lot of stress and hassle

Ordered product for partner. Kept informed of postage,delivery day and tracking. Partner very pleased with magnifying and light. Said its a very good product and if no issues will be so pleased. Have used other products from other companys but they have failed. Very pleased with service and would use again.

Very speedy delivery and well packed
Excellent and very bright sewing lamp, perfect for my needs.
I specifically went for this particular model because it was the brightest lamp with the highest magnification that I could find.

Shocking! The light when it worked was fine - however it failed outside of the stated manufactuer's warranty. On contacting the company I was shocked to discover that they do not offer a repair or investigation service - at all. Nothing.
This is unacceptable in terms of sustainablity, it's not environmentally friendly and buyers should be aware that if a simple fault occurs an expensive lamp will have to be written-off.
Had I been aware of this I doubt I would have purchased the lamp in the first place.
This is not the way reputable manufacturers behave.
I now have to seek redress from the retailer as under EU law, goods of this value have an implied warranty of up to 6 years.

Horrible United States customer service. Bought an Alto LED Floor Lamp in the U.S. Holes in the base did not match correctly the holes in the lamp assemblage so one of the screws stripped during assembly. Customer service told me to go out to a store and find a replacement screw. I should NOT be the one to take responsibility for a manufacturing DEFECT.

For a while I was looking for a good LED lamp and i have found on Daylight website. Quick and Simple , delivery took only 2 days. I love my new lamp...
