I have to say I was pleasantly surprised having arrived in Finchley to see the array of lights this store has on offer. My wife & I were so very excited about choosing our lights around the house especially the new decorated Living room.

The store Manager was great, he spent time with us and explained all that we needed to know about the lights we had chosen and then we decided to complete the deal as we were sold on the products and the service that we recieved.

As you can see we’re very happy as the lights were delivered promptly allow us to get the electrician in to hang these beauties.

10/10, so very happy for making the perfect choice.

I was searching for a nice stylish light for the entrance of our building and the only place I found in Europe to sell such beautiful products is the Lighting Store. I bought it online for an overseas delivery (France), and had a great experience with very kind people over email. Great customer service!

Bought a knightsbridge outside light with sensor - was charged £69 and realised after my electrician told me that it was identical to the one on Amazon for £20. I want to support local businesses and the high street but not to be totally and utterly ripped off.

PLEASE BE AWARE— THIS COMPANY CHARGE MUCH MORE THAN OTHER COMPANIES!!! Unfortunately realised that 5 days after I was able to return it and have lost out on £250 in total!! Bought 3 lights for £130 each when they are selling them for £50 each! Absolutely ridiculous scamming prices. Stay away

Had very good service from the Lighting Store - i'm having a kitchen refit, and needed a new ceiling light. I find lighting is something you need to see in the real world, so wasn't happy just buying something i'd seen online, so made the trek over to Finchley Road to their showroom. They had quite a large range, and the store-guy who helped me was knowledgable and experienced and helpful given my lack of knowledge of how modern lighting tech and specifications work. I needed a light in a hurry for my builders - and they were able to get me exactly what i chose out, delivered to my door in 2 days (as i was on a bike and couldn't carry it from the shop myself). I just need to get it installed and switched on now, but i love the design and it certainly looks the business.

I took a small wall light fitting in that was no longer working and, in agreement with the suggestion of the guy in the shop, left it that they would ring me to let me know how much it would cost to fix. A couple of days later I got a call to say they had simply repaired it at a cost of £40. I went in and calmly said that was not what we had agreed and the guy in the shop simply said "most customers would be grateful..." There was no apology, he simply said that twice. He then told me I could have the light back and rather than properly disconnecting the wires from the new driver unit, simply cut them and handed me the fitting.
